The Auto industry is requesting a bail out just as the housing industry has requested in the past. The White House had pondered bailing out the auto industry similarly to the mortgage industry. The situation is getting uglier and uglier due to the pressures being credited by those in congress, the White House and citizens opposing the bailing. Some think that the bail out is bad business for tax payers.
Others agree that the housing industry is more acceptable for a bail out due to the mortgage industry affecting so many home owner, and is considered more of a long term investment. Housing and the auto industry have taken front stage in 2008 due to the global economic crisis taking place. Even though there are some solutions to our housing problems and more are being created on a regular basis, see http://oswingrant.blogspot.com for some of the latest solutions to our mortgage problems.
Auto makers on the other hand are in need of help due to their business pratices. If we bail them out with tax payers money that might come across the wrong way to other businesses looking for a hand out. Other companies might want to take to easy way out too when they get in a bad situation, which prevents our free market from operating at maximum capability. Government giving a helping hand might keep weak companies from dying out, which kept them alive and prevents stronger companies from being born; Therefore, they might end back up in the same situation they were in before being bailed out. How do you feel about that. Should government step in or not, and will the auto industry fail, or get better without a helping hand from tax payers.

Autobail

The White House bail out might not actually occur. This is ugly and getting worse. Would you like to see a housing or an auto bail out. That might be what it boils down to be.
Housing has been a major concern since all of the easy housing loan during the 2005-2006 time period. That is still in a mess with major dollar allocation going to big bank to clear out their bad debt. That way they can actually start lending again. see http://oswingrant.blogspot.com
With the auto industry they are in major trouble to and the American auto makers are in real trouble. Should government step in and lend a helping hand or not is the question. Some think that should not happen because for one reason being free market and the competitive customs. Others on the other hand think that government should step in and regulate the market with loan to the auto industry. How do you feel about the situation. The big three are expecting billions as apart of the first wave on funding with more coming after that. Tax payers might frown upon that. Why should we use our tax payer dollars and bail out the auto industry that might not survive anyhow even after spending all of our tax dollar.
If government funds the auto industry many believe there should be many strict regulations put in place to govern and get them back on the right path. The auto industry can't just expect a hand out without any regulation. For Government and police auto auction Click Here!
